托尼·吉布森和雷蒙德·布罗迪在六个阶段打击犯罪团伙，其活动包括银行抢劫和走私等。玩家使用手枪与敌人交战，收集健康饮料和升级武器以求生存。浏览这些多卷轴关卡需要在每个阶段结束时击败特定的头目角色才能在城市中前进。
